A lot of people call him Taka, short for Takashi, or Kitty, because he is from the cat clan. Takashi was friends with a meister from the academy, until his friend got badly injured and lost both of his legs and an arm. That's when his friend hated to have visiters and hated the world. Takashi's friend was taken by a witch and was never found. So Takashi joined the academy to find his close friend.
