As you enter the small town of Tesla Bay, not far from the city of the same name, one building seems to stand out, standing between the outflow of water from the city and the inflow to the Bay. It seems to be a large building, with no windows, save for one near its door, which has a black cover over it. A single chimney sticks out of the building, and white vapor escapes it every so often. No visible electricity can be seen.
