I'm not sure if all of you are aware yet, but a few of our members have recently pulled out of the guild on short notice. I won't name names, but they were playing important characters to progress the story along. Without them among us, we need to find new players to actually play them.
On behalf of Amena, I'd like to suggest that we remove the post that Kurama and Hiei have left and any that involved interaction with them so that another player who comes along later will be able to start off Kurama and Hiei wherever they'd like.
Before doing this, we'd like to take a vote. Should we leave those posts along and just continue or make it less confusing for players who come in later on?
Please drop an opinion, as well as a vote.

Unfortunately I see this measure as called for, since the two have quit suddenly, leaving all this confusing mess behind.. U_U emotion_sweatdrop I would suggest we delete everything that included them and try to do so as if none of those events happened so far. That is the only solution I see. I think it's only fair to delete the posts since they are no longer members, and to ensure them privacy as well.

It seems like the best choice to delete the posts. It may mess up some stuff that has already happened but it is the best choice.

While I can see from the poll that my opinion is vastly out-numbered, I have to voice it. Deleting the posts would cause more problems than they solve. If the posts are gone, Tatsuya's off Team Urameshi, Mukuro never showed up, and the fangirls have no reason to be here, among other things. If we went around deleting the posts of everyone who had to leave at any point in the roleplay, we may as well just start the whole thing over whenever someone quit. I've led guilds and roleplays in the past, and I know the only thing you can do to keep the roleplay from completely falling apart is find a way to write them out (ie Hiei keeps sleeping in that tree and Kurama runs away from the fangirls and is never seen again or something along those lines) or find someone to take their place. You can't let flake-outs rule the roleplay. We wrote Yusuke out of the roleplay the first time, and that worked fairly well. I'd be more than willing to temporarily take up the missing characters until we find proper replacements. I guess that's all I have to say on the matter, for now anyway.

~ Kara the Fire Dragon ~ I add to the vote to write them out, like we did with Yusuke. It will be easier for everyone, since they wont have to mess with the entire story line that have established, connected to Hiei and Kurama or not. As a RPer who has had vital RPers leave for a long time due to life issues, writing them out in a way that allows them (or in this case, a replacement) come back in is easiest, requires a whole lot less effort on the guild as a whole, as it is the work of one or two people to write them out and not having to rely on the entire guild to pitch in, And the best part is, everything else is left as it is, and a new replacement can read up on what those two did before they go there. If I were to replace them (Not really, but as an example) I would like to be able to see what the old Hiei and Kurama posted to see what they did, and RP off that like I would anyone else's posts. I have had a RP where the Captain of the RP and a RPer had a falling out, and the captain deleted all of the old RPers posts when they left. What was left was a shamble of pieces that we couldnt work with, because without the other RPers posts, things were too confusing to continue.

I also say we write them out since it would be less confusing for those who do take over to understand what has happened so far, even without them having the same rping style. I'd offer to take up characters too but I'm only fairly decent with Kurama and I'm already over the limit *sigh* besides of which, anyone know what happened to Yusuke?

To start over would be a waste. A good roleplayer is a roleplayer that can improvise, and in this instance, we must be creative and move on. New players will come without avail, and when they do, they can just fall in with ease. So let's just keep going and wait until we have enough players for the tournament. That's my 2 cents.

I've read your requests and it seams that actually keeping the posts would be more fair....yes...it would cause even more confusion if we remove them.. I'll see if I can find any replacements in due time, who will go on with the rp from where the both left off.

I agree with Enigma and Otome on this one. Also I'll go through my friends and see if there is anyone there who might be able to fill in the roles of Hiei and Kurama. Also sorry about recent inactivity, been having a brain fart about what to do with Takeichi. sweatdrop

I'm just glad that you all took an active role in responding to this. Based on how you all feel, I think you've swayed my initial opinion.

I do agree with the idea of leaving the posts and just writing them out for the time being. It will be more helpful. *just jumps on bandwagon* Haha.
