Devil Fruit Ability List
* Ice Age (氷河時代 [アイス･エイジ], Hyōgajidai [Aisu Eiji], literally translated as Glacier Period): An attack used only near the ocean or another large area of water. Place your hand in the water, then in an instant freezes it (anything in/on it) completely solid. The actual extent of the ice can stretch for miles and last for over a week. An alternate version of this is where you place your hand to the ground and uses your ability to instantly freeze an entire huge area turning it into an cold, frozen wasteland. Not only does it freeze the area, but anything and everything in the area, including living organisms, into completely frozen statues. It is undetermined how long the targets this version would remain frozen.

* Ice Saber (アイス･サーベル, Aisu Sāberu): Picks up several thin objects, such as blades of grass, and throws them into the air. Then blows on them with an icy breath that freezes them into a large, jagged sword of ice.

* Ice Time (アイス･タイム, Aisu Taimu): Touches your opponent's body, then freezes them into a human ice statue. They can remain alive for some time in their icy form, but any decent hit will shatter them to pieces.

Background Information
Alexander's family name, the Belmonts, produced a number of famous Marines, Alexander being one of them. Usually they were all non-Devil Fruit users, only a handful of famous Devil Fruit users were in the family itself. As the last living member of the famous Belmont family, Alexander has been thriving to bring the family back to its former glory.
As a child, his mother and father raised him to be a first class marine, training was tough, unforgiving, but his mother's love softened everything. The ways of the sword were passed on to him, his father died of old age, his older brother and sister were in service to the Marines already, his younger brother his mother was more protective of and wanted him to lead a more peaceful life.
When he enlisted into the Marines, he had quickly gained the reputation of not caring about anything, and seeing everything as a pain, but no matter what the higher ups did he was nonchalant about it. As his crew arrived on a trading island, he met a cloaked traveler who said that he had a Devil Fruit, piqued by its powers, Alexander bought it and ate it, gaining the Logia Type of Ice. In a major battle between a large pirate faction and his crew of Marines, he made a name for himself by freezing the whole battle on accident.
Luckily the ship doctor escaped this fate and helped him thaw out the ones that were caught in the frost fire (Hurr hurr hurr). Making him infamously known as the Frozen Fury. As the years went by, he got to the top, taking down many bounties and criminals.
