The stones around Kaniedie stirred violently and shot towards Saphira in larger groups; seeing that her attack wasn't working Kaniedie turned to lunge at the she-wolf, the girl's claws slashing across her snout as she aimed to bite at Saphira's legs.

Saphira twirled her head at the last stone but was to slow and kaniedie was successful to take a blow at her. Though she misses at her snout she managed to hit her left ear. Saphira realized that it was a deversion to try and bit her leg so she moved her right leg up near her head to lash furiusly straight down to try and make her unconsiouse. She managed to succeed.

Kaniedie bit at Saphira's leg as her left ear got slashed, though found herself moving forward when the she-wolf's leg had raised to where he neck now reached. Unleashing a shrill howl of pain, she tried to shake the intense throbbing away and quickly bashed her body against Saphira's, holding back no longer at the forefront of her mind. Glowing as she moved, Kaniedie felt her body become as light as mist as she smashed up against her opponent, reverting back into her Spectral Form to try and possess Saphira's body. If she had been weak of mind, Kaniedie might've been able to try and control her for an hour, but seeing as she was more of a strong minded Wolf she could only hover inside the she-wolf's mind. Whispering her ghostly song from inside her head as she tried messing with her opponent's senses.

Saphira felt satisfied when she was able to irritate Kaniedie. She squinted at the light that started to surround her opponent and was wondering what ut was. Almost instantly she felt her mind whirl. At that moment Saphira remembered what a pack mate said to her..." [i]If you manage to come face-to-face with Kaniedie be careful she had powers of mind control too, so if you don't want that from happening you should also train your mine".....Saphira did exactly that and started meditation exercises when ever she could and started to concentrate though with all her strength Kaniedie was barley able to take hold of her mind. She fell into the back of her mind to think of a strategy.

Surprise watched the fight it was taking too long for it to end. She looked at Renton knowing who she would choose. She padded over to Renton and told him to stop the fight since it was taking too long to end.
