everybodyLOOSEY My mom isn't the type of person who reads manga, but I made her read Death Note and she loved it. XD I only have volumes one and four in English, though, so she was a little disappointed when I told her, no, I don't have the second volume. My mom like Death Note...She thinks L should sit properly or he'll get arthritis. O__o

Death Note-Light My mom terrifield with Ryuk she said she had nightmares about him I can't imagine being afraid of Ryuk... He's really just a big, creepy looking puppy. I mean, okay, yeah, maybe at first he looks kinda scary, but he's such a softy. heart Ryuk fan------>

Unfortunately, I haven't met anyone who is afraid of Death Note. It would be hilarious to bother them and then a happiness to me to see them converted to the side of Kira and his Shinigami Pals by my fault.

Yup, my little brother
I took him to an anime convention (well....actually it's more like he really wanted to go, and my mom forced me to take him....) and there was this guy doing an excellent L cosplay, and my brother got kinda freaked out. Things got even worse when he say the cover of the manga after I started reading it.
I don't even get why he wanted to go anyways, the only animes he likes are things like Captain Tsubasa or Prince of Tennis, he's more of a superhero/american cartoon kinda kid. confused

My little sister was afraid of Ryuk the first time she saw him. She still thinks he is ugly, though.. rolleyes

Oh yeah. My friend is positively terrified of Ryuk. She can't stand him.
So I always send her a bunch of pictures or videos with Ryuk in them xD

AHAHAHA
I had Troy Baker (the voice of Abel Nightroad from Trinity Blood) autograph my mini Death Note for me, and since he didn't know what it was, I explained it to him. He ended up writing:
