There's Bwd_Yeti's RMXP Script "FEXP", but that thing is needlessly complicated and hard to use... and isn't compatible with most of RMXP's default systems, which isn't nice-- literally it's SCRIPT EVERYTHING, which, if you look at it, is horribly inefficient, and just bad design overall. (Only thing harder I've seen is XRLS-Linear Motion Battle System, AKA the Tales Of script (And that thing was hard because it was in full motion and wasn't in English (mostly the latter, rather than the former.).... of course it wouldn't be FE if it weren't "Kick in nuts" hard razz (alright, to anyone with any skill only FE5 is that hard))

There's an FE-like SRPG battle system script for RMXP out there (Well, it's not FE. It's built more for FFT, but there's "modules" for it that makes it like FE.) it's a tad nicer, but requires knowledge of the basic systems and knowing some tricks with mapping to get it to work.
