anybody want to solve this riddle

9 months to suffer, 12 days to hurt, 15hrs to dream, 21 minutes to cry, 5 sec to wish, and 20 milliseconds to love. But, in the end it hurts the most, and the words are to be left unsaid . finally time runs out

Oh...I'm really curious as to what the answer is. I love riddles. I just haven't been able to wrap my mind around this one.

9 months to suffer - makes me think of pregnancy. So something along that vein.
12 days to hurt - Emotional hurt, physical hurt, I'm not sure. I'm torn between giving up the baby (going with my initial premise of pregnancy) and abortion.
15 hours to dream - Still trying to think of something with 15 hours. Maybe 15 hours of sleep after the baby is born? Or after the procedure? Or...something. (I'm clever, I know. /sarcasm)
21 minutes to cry - I'm not sure if we're crying at the news of being pregnant, at losing the baby, at giving up the baby, etc.
5 seconds to wish - We could be wishing we'd made a different choice or that we'd never gotten pregnant.
20 milliseconds to love - This is what is making me think that maybe the baby was given up?
But in the end, it hurts the most and the words are to be left unsaid. - Alright, we didn't say something that we should have said. Something that we might have said if it didn't hurt so much.
Finally time runs out - We're out of time. Self explanatory.

Am I at least on the right track for the riddle? It seems a very sad thing and I am sorry if you have gone through this.

I love riddles! Though right now I think I've been spending too much time in my math class. All I can see are multiples.
