xxxxxxx Description: A simple yet effective technique that forces chakra out from the entire body, blowing out smoke and any small surrounding debris. This causes confusion, and allows the user to escape unnoticed. Useful for sneaky exits. This technique is basically the same as using a smoke bomb, and cannot be used for offensive purposes. It simply creates a large cloud of smoke to allow the user to escape.

xxxxxxx Description: With a range of the user’s sight in a general given area, the user slams their hand against a surface. Anywhere on the surface in plain sight for the user calls five separate chains to tie down a target. The chains are made of simple iron but are extremely thick and heavy, but dispel once the target is completely free. This jutsu was designed mainly to fight Taijutsu Human Tank users. The chains are helpless against Ninjutsu techniques. These chains are completely normal save that the user can control their movement.

xxxxxxx Description A simple jutsu in which the user focuses Lighting Chakra through their hand, and then into who ever they have physical contact with, or to the intended target through a common surface shared by the user and the target, an example of which would be through the ground, or a wall both are touching. The power of the jutsu is rather low, designed to disrupt the electrical system of the body rather then harm it. However, if used by a skill ninja, the technique can cause significant damage to the internal organs of the victim.

xxxxxxx Special Requirements:Seals must be placed on the users skin in the form of Tattoos. This can only be done in the Tebori form with special inks infused with chakra. The ink must be set deeper than is normally the style of Tebori and each 'seal' must be done in a single sitting. The jutsu requires that no less than 24 of these tattoo's be placed before it can be used properly and can take up to month to complete. The barer is in great pain from both the needles and from the increased risk of infection. Nor can anesthesia be used as it can interfere with the flow of the persons chakra.
xxxxxxx Description The jutsu is basically a variation on the weapon summoning jutsu used by many shinobi. However, instead of needing a scroll, the contract is written in the flesh of the user. Each tattoo is linked to a different weapon though sometimes different seals can be used to summon the same type of weapon. For instance a user may place the exit points to senbon seals at the tips of his or her fingers, allowing the weapons to come from there.

It requires only a relatively small amount of chakra to activate the seal, however it must be focused on the seal in question. It requires a very high amount of chakra control to prevent the wrong seal from being activated.
