The capital city is larger than Kuro, and can be entered through a series of heavily crowded subway tunnels. This city is extremely proper and clean; the buildings are silver and white, sleak trains run through-out the city on their suspended tracks. Everyone here is a Drone. No Chromas inhabit this city for obvious reasons; this city colorless with-in itself. The Council of Drones runs this city with an iron hand.
