when you go to sleep do you ever feel a wieght on you?

like on just one particular part of your body every night and sometimes feel pressure on another part.

in my case the 'wieght' would be on my tail bone.

and the other wieght or something is on the left side of my upper back I've never had this before except for the last few weeks or so.

(wierd stuff happens when you expieriment with psi just as advice)

I *think* its related to something other then umm normal stuff cause I also feel my third eye when I'm that relaxed, and I've considered these.

physical would be a possibilty but I know wat I'm feeling is a more like 'outside wieght' I dont know like if something were sitting on me.

but get real thats to wierd. in terms of anything to do with somebody else. rolleyes

I've thought of phantom limbs as it does feel attached but then I dont get why when I roll over or something I feel no 'phantom pain.

then I considered maybe I was just feeling my aura as the first time it happened it 'felt like energy' that started to move up and down getting faster to, but not as in all over the place just moving fast up on the spinal cord. (wich freaked me out alittle so I removed the covers and got out of bed unfortunatly the 'fast' part hasnt happened since)

I dont think its my chakra cause that would mean I feel the same thing on both sides and I dont but then again I'm not that comfortable sleeping on my back.

so any other ideas of wat it could be?

Well, I feel heavy when I'm in deep relaxation, but that's all over. My best guess is that when your muscles truly relax, they stop holding you up and you can feel your full weight...or something.

Sorry I'm not much more help, but bad day + exhaustion makes things a little difficult. Maybe I should do some relaxing of my own.

Azana's probably right. your muscles flex and strengthen according to your body weight, so my 120-something pounds feels like 20 pounds, but when you feel really tired and you just don't move, I feel a huge pressing sensation on my chest and face. the only reason I relax is because I'm a sinner. I have committed these sins: Gluttony (I am 11 and weigh 120), Wrath(yes, I sent a person to the hospital from blunt force trauma), Greed (one too many chocolates), Sloth (I'm one lazy person), Envy (If I was had a band like Green Day, I would be so rich!), and Pride (I'm better than anyone at eating Jello with a straw..... UNDEFEATED!), 6 out of the seven sins.....as for Lust, NO THANKS.

well I dont know about sins but I do hold regret for some of my past actions.

nastalgia is something I suffer from, my mind constantly wonders to the "only if"

as for it being gravity that could be very possible but it still doesnt explain why I can feel it if I relax enough in the same places and the up and down motion I felt.

another thing is I dont know if this means anything but when I'm doodling and I draw myself with canine/feline structure legs, but that could have just bin well just doodling..

annnd thats when this fear came over me that I might be like the headhunter or something.lol.
<--- plays to much castlevania

even though I have never drawn canine/feline structured legs as I use to really suck at drawing, so I just resently started again.

Two hour nap = goodness. ^_^

As for your "sin" thing, Conor, no one's perfect. I would recommend toning down on the Wrath, though...

And I must agree on the lust, though it sounds silly for a 19-year-old to say that. I've chosen abstinence.
