Character Time!

Now you're ready to create a character to use on missions, or in the freeplay forum. Most of the profile is self explanitory, but I do offer my assistance to anyone that may need it. For your character's jutsu list we ask that you be reasonable. For example, don't load your jutsu list with all the most powerful jutsu you can think of.
