Latin name: Penniger decursus
Translation: Feathered Mane
Species: Air Dragon
Egg:
These dragons mostly inhabit sheer cliff sides, and their eggs are extremely fragile and light (to the point where they float, like balloons), which calls for them to be extra crafty when nesting. Once selecting an area with the appropiate amount of updrafts, the dragons build nets from spider silk and lay one egg in each net, effectively securing them to the cliff. They then tend to the eggs, making sure the nets never fall apart under the stress and strain of the winds. When the time is right - with particularly strong and consistent drafts - the dragons hatch, immediately and instinctly learning how to fly. The parents do their best to assist in this impromptu lesson, but many air dragon hatchlings do not nessecarily make it through without injury.
Juvenille:

Behavior: Care free and fun-loving, these dragons are constantly playing games. When large groups of them get together, they end up being responsible for the fun and changing shapes in the clouds.
