Post any suggestions to make the guild better in here.
Please keep in mind that right now I am still putting things together while working on stuff for school.

What about a section for prayers, poem, and other writings done in honor of netjeru (Kemetic gods and goddesses)?

I think my original thought was that those were going to go under the Gods and Goddesses subforum. Like have different threads for poems, prayers, and the like to each different deity.

I feel like I'm a bit unable to speak much on the general guild topic because I feel so uneducated on it sweatdrop Maybe if you set up some very basic FAQ and Intro to Kemetism threads or something, more people will feel able to ask questions and contribute to discussions.
Like, I have no idea what Kemetic ritual entails, or what varieties there might be. A lot of people are only exposed to Kemetic Orthodoxy, which can turn people off. Are there any taboos? Do Kemetic Pagans focus on one area or time period of Egypt (in a way similar to some Hellenic Pagans) or is this uncommon?
I guess I could just ask all these questions in separate threads but I think that might get annoying xd What I mean is, some basic 101 guides would be helpful for those of us who can't contribute much otherwise 3nodding
Also, a shrine and altar picture thread would be cool biggrin

Thanks for the idea. I will definitely get started with the questions you have here. I'll send out an announcement asking for people to send in questions they would like to see answered and I'll compile them all together.

*brushes away all of the dust* Bring this back to say: Hey guys. Let me know what you guys want to see in the guild. I don't know what you guys want to see so I just go off on my little bouts of research with sometimes no real direction or any connection to Kemeticism.
I know San had mentioned rituals as a suggestion and I do have one example of rituals. I had forgotten about it (Sorry San cat_sweatdrop ) and will try to get my hands on other ritual stuff and write on it. But I don't know where everyone else is at or what they know or don't know. So just suggest stuff here if you don't feel comfortable with creating a thread. Or you have even shoot my a PM. I don't bite. I leave that to my kitten. I want to help you guys. But this topic is so huge I don't know what direction you guys want me to post in.
