arrow Some of you may have noticed: we're back in business and under new management. The current head honchos are Christopher Johnson (RP management, plots, general bossiness, coloring), Princess_Feylin (RP management, plots, general bossiness), TawnyAngel (RP management, plots), Rown (RP management, plots), and Pinchmonster (coloring). These are very general job descriptions, but if you have problems, the best people to take it to are either Fey or CJ, since they're the bossiest of the bosses. If you just have questions, anyone can probably handle them, or if they can't, they'll direct you to someone who can.
arrow The particularly observant among you will also have noticed that in addition to stirrings of life and new management, there is a new stat system implemented for dragons and whers. We ask that any dragons or whers currently in existence be rolled for stats, even if they already had something like that in their hatching post. These stat points will be important in the future when it comes to things like flights, competitions, lessons, and other matters, and a dragon or wher without any will not be able to participate. For more information you can look here. Questions about the system are more than welcome, and are best directed to Fey, though Tawny probably knows just as much, and more about the non-canon colors.
arrow All right, this is actually a very important point that's being made here, and probably it ought to have been listed first, but I'm feeling arbitrary tonight and listing things as they occur to me. So, that said, as of now, all dragons, whers, and firelizards acquired from a hatching or breeding or custom event will, unless otherwise stated, come at a fee. These fees are currently under discussion, and so I can't tell you what they are just yet, but as soon as I know, you all will be the next on the list. If you have suggestions for pricing, please PM them to the shop mule. We do want to hear your suggestions, since it's your pixel gold. Pre-existing dragons and whers and firelizards do not have any fees attached.
arrow On a related note, we are in the process of converting all pre-existing pets onto the new lines CJ is making, beginning with whers and content line adult dragons. If you have either or both of these things, there is a thread here where you can post to have them converted free of charge. These conversions are necessary because our previous lineartist specified that their lines could not be used for non-canon colors and we do not want to violate the existing agreement there.
arrow Finally (I think), we are in the process of making all new lines, as you will probably have surmised from the previous bullet point. Once those have been done, people should definitely keep their eyes peeled for future clutches and plot points, because those are coming, oh yes they are. So, please, stick around.
