Inventive: Skilled and resourceful when it comes to thinking outside the box. Alpheus enjoys minor challenges. When he accidentally locked his key inside his dorm room and his dorm mate was not due back for three hours, Alpheus figured out how to climb to his dorm window and jimmy the latch open. Of course... there can often be easier solutions to posed problems then the means he invents up. (Like getting one of the school officials with the keys to open the door?)

Intellectual: Alpheus clearly expresses joy when it comes to tasks that challenge his intellect. He would much rather figure out problems by himself then seek the aid of others. While this trait can be commendable at times. Other times it can be somewhat of a hindrance. (See Window example above) As a result, Alpheus does prefer to work on schoolwork assignments alone. He is not resistant to group assignments, rather because of his intellectual desire he often prefers to head such projects rather then be dictated to by another student.

Honest: Characterized by sincerity and a sense of candor, Alpheus prefers to speak in open honesty. While lies may serve a purpose some of the time, Alpheus finds them to be too hard to keep track of. Unlike truths which never contradict themselves. Alpheus does not use his preference for honesty to be a opening for cruel or callous remarks. Nor does he allow his honesty to be a shield for a lack of consideration. He believes that true honesty comes with a sense of empathic responsibility. No truth is better accepted then one spoken from the heart.

Humanitarian: Keeping the interests of mankind in heart, Alpheus attempts to make his choices when considering others, good ones for everyone. The needs of the many and the needs of the few he attempts to balance as best he can. One weekend a month Alpheus makes the effort to volunteer at a local soup kitchen. In the winter he attempts to buy discount shirts and socks to donate to local charities for the homeless. Alpheus does not publicize his activities, as he see's no worth in glory seeking what should be common sense for others to do as well.

Contrary: When presented with a opinion or direction of action that he does not believe in, Alpheus can become quiet opposed. He can be difficult to talk around, and if force is attempted to be used he can become even more staunchly immobile to the whole concept. He does not have the strength of conviction to be called Defiant, as he can eventually be motivated to perform a task he does not care for. Such as being charged with cleaning up a mess alone that he only had partial responsibility for.

Perverse: One could unarguably say that Alpheus has a horrible habit of being easily distracted or swayed away from what most parents expect of a wholesome and good child. Boobies In fact, one of the most powerful motives for moving him from a public school and into the private school of Tidal would be this trait of his. Boobies In the past, female teachers became uncomfortably aware of Alpheus' distracted gaze hindering him from paying attention in their classes. Boobies Of course...being placed in a all boy's school has clearly presented a challenge to this persistent perversion trait of his. Abes Yet somehow there is a slight undercurrent of suspicion that the move has not been entirely successful in his parents attempt to curb this undesirable trait. Abes

Unpredictable: Despite his many merits and flaws, Alpheus has a Unpredictable nature. There are times when one would utterly expect a perverted gaze or comment to come from him...and he seems to utterly miss the opportunity in favor of something more mundane. For instance, a girl falling into a pool while wearing white. Instead of the obvious distraction posed, Alpheus would be quick to offer her a towel. There are simply times when he will randomly act outside his expected nature and prove that there is perhaps a bit more in the depths of him then what one can glean at a glance.

Unemotional: Alpheus is not easily stirred or moved in feelings. He has no deep unshakable bond to his friends. When he was sent away by his parents to Tidal he did not exhibit any sort of homesickness with their parting, nor a sense of excitement over the freedom of being out of the house. Alpheus is by no means a robot, nor is he confused or alien to the typical emotions a general teen boy should be feeling. He simply has found no depth to them that wouldmake them more important then fleeting moments of sensation. As a result he can not be called a 'best friend' by anyone he has ever known. Even his own mother would admit that he never clung to her side as a toddler, nor cried out to her when he got scraped from a fall.

Mahou Ganymede

Theoretical powers: Water Control : Ganymede carries at his side a water urn on a strap. Any water that is contained within the urn Ganymede has the ability to manipulate in any way he wishes. He can force the water to shoot towards a subject in the form of a small round ball. Being struck by this ball would be akin to getting smacked by a firehose. Likewise, he can use the water as a extension of himself to grab or push things. However in this state it is easily disrupted. Once the water is disrupted, it takes Ganymede a few moments of focus to draw the water back together.


If the water within the urn is exhausted, all Ganymede needs do is refill the urn with another source of water in order to gain control of it. Should the urn be destroyed, Ganymede will be unable to use his control powers until he transforms again at a later time. The Urn is part of his magic, merely condensed into a physical form, thus it will always form with him when he first transforms.
