This Deck works really well. It's Primary function is to get Heraklinos and Plasma out together, Obviously...And Royal Decree is just the fail safe. I haven't lost many Duels with it. 3 outta 25 Duels I'd say. But I just can't tell myself that it's done considering i haven't went "Pro" with it yet. Anyway, I ask for advice from any who are willing to offer it.

By the looks of it you have a fairly solid build. Although a few things you may wish to consider are:
-Running 1 or 2 'Test Tiger' as this gives you a tag out mid play and makes the tool boxing element of Gladiator beasts slightly quicker.
-Running 'Elemental Hero - Prisma' as this will aid in bringing out your fusions quicker. In this case 'Gladiator Beast Heraklinos'.
-I would also consider swapping out your ego boost for another shrink as ego boost is only preferable with monsters who can attack multiple time (an example of this would be 'Jurrac Monoloph')
-I would also swap half shut and my body as a shield for 2 'Forbidden Lance'
as 'Forbidden Lance' covers both areas (with the exception of being destroyed by monster effects)
