The cold was finally here. Remi shivered in her coat, clutching onto her mom's hand and trying to hide her face into the older woman's arm. The wind picked up and blew her red hair around, the clip placed gently into her hair almost falling out. Up ahead was their destination, a small mall. It's windows shining brightly with lights and bright colored clothing standing to attention on manikins. That made Remi smile. It looked so much like Christmas! Sure that had come and gone awhile ago but that didn't matter to the little gingerbread scent. It was so beautiful!

Lizzy held on tighter to the hand, attempting to block with wind with her body and hurrying towards the nearest entrance, her child in tow. They were nearly there and that was a good thing. Remi was growing, the petite girl had gained a bit of weight and another inch in height and quite a few of her clothing items no longer fit her correctly so they had headed out to buy some new ones. Now here they were tromping into the building and giving off their last shivers before relaxing in the warmth. Now where to go first....
