To everyone that has played monsters in the past who liked or hated this system,what were your thoughts on it. And since we know that monsters is what is getting a release on the 3ds sorry for the one's who didn't know yet, you think that this would make a come back in this new version?

What do you mean "this would come back"? You mean monster training and fighting? Well... Monsters is that.
I think that the DQ spinoffs in general are a mixed bag. As for monsters, the only one I own is Joker for the DS, which I thought was dully average. Not good or bad, just so, so average.
On the other hand, I absolutely adore Dragon Quest V. It's one of my favorite games in the series. And DQV was the game where the monster taming originated, which would later evolve into the Monsters games. Not to mention, the system itself is solid.
I haven't really been paying attention to the new monsters game. Though when it comes out, I'll take a peak, definitely.
