Alright so... I'm assuming that all of our squads here in this guild have designed purposes for themselves, and tweaked each one accordingly.
My question is... is there a description of what all the current squads do around here somewhere?

Their used to be a thread for that, but it seems it either got deleted or got recycled in to the Grand Library.

Well I'm looking for a squad to put Elzee in, once I find one I like I'll be sure to write up her profile to fit the squad perfectly.

If you want to know what a specific squad does you can ask me. I'll do my best to respond promptly though I'll likely be off the next couple days.

Division One - Largely Kenjutsu oriented, or generally Zanjutsu oriented. High morals and proper conduct. Some members do not follow this exactly, but that is personality driven. This division also houses the Vizard Leader.
Division Two - Same as the series, however some of the policing and incarceration responsibilities have been moved to Ninth. Still a stealth division and lead the Onmitsukidou.
Division Three - The Vanguard are the first line of attack power for the Seireitei. They are the complimentary force to the Sentinel's of Thirteenth Division.
Division Four - Healing and maintenance still. New Chiyudo have been added to help improve those that already were used.
Division Five - Kidou, plain and simple.
Division Six - Advisory position for tactics and deployment of forces. They still control war time strategy and what not. I would like to find someone to that the VC position so that I can remove mine from the position.
Division Seven - Hand-to-Hand specialist, one of the squads mainly purposed for a fighting force.
Division Eight - Central Intelligence gathers information about the Seireitei and else where, they are librarians and work closely with the Ninth Division.
Division Nine - The enforcers of internal Seireitei laws. The police to put it simply. They work closely with the Eighth and Second Divisions.
Division Ten - Advanced guard organize any and all Living World patrol and the Captain spends much of their time in the Living World. They are the authority on Living World culture and behavior.
Division Eleven - Strike Forces, the heavy hitters for both war time and when the extra strength is needed.
Division Twelve - Still the sciences.
Division Thirteen - Sentinels, the exclusive defense force for the Seireitei.

I will gear my character towards Squad six and shoot for VC position if that is acceptable.
