The Bingo Book Rules & Guidelines

I wish things did not need rules, a bingo book sounds simple, but we all know things need rules to work properly. So here are some basic rules and guidelines.

-You MUST request to have your bingo book listing added.
-Under NO circumstances may you add your listing request on your own!
-If your request is ignored for over a week pm a mod to have it looked at.
-You may only list a bounty you are capable of paying, unless you are making a village/kage related bounty request!
-You may only fill out valid information known by YOUR character.
-You cannot take information straight from a persons profile this is called Auto Knowing and is considered God Modding; this is a bannable offense!
-Another person may add information to the profile of a currently wanted bounty if their character legitimately knows the added information.
-You may add to your own bounty profile if you wish to! (I dont know why you would want to, but this is a just in case rule.)
-Try to place bounties on people who are strong and worth the effort.
-Do not place a bounty an a persons character because you dislike the person or just to have them killed.
-Do not place bounties on newbies, gennin specifically if you can help it. (If theyve killed like three people or something they have no Noob excuse against it.)
-If you break any of these guidelines your bounty will likely be revoked.
-If you take care of a bounty you have previously listed yourself you Do Not gain the bounty yourself. (Just be satisfied you arent paying someone else for it!)
