Caedis smiled a bit, his left eye still open showing its black and red color. He had to admit, he hadn't recognized her aura for that of a non-human.

Caedis nodded and set her in a chair, then retrieved a bit of meat. He knew of a way to cook things quickly and yet still get the food to a tasteful flavor. He soon brought over a few plates for Maara and then a few for himself.

Caedis smiled and ate his food a bit ravenously. Using his powers while being under fed as he was by the slavers made him extremely hungry. "I'm glad you like it, m'lady." He said and kept eating.
