Well, first you'll need to be using a V2/Current profile.
Then, when you convert your code you get two sets of code:

Edit your profile and make sure that you only have one panel, and that that panel is a media panel.
Edit the media panel and paste in the media code.
Update the media panel and save your profile.
Next, paste the CSS in the big text box on your profile options page.
(note that if you do this while your profile is in V1 then change to V2, it won't carry over and you'll have to do it again)
