Leliana was on vacation in Johto and so far, she decided her vacation was a boring one, although her Pokemon seemed to be enjoying themselves. Currently, they were lounging in a small glade near the trail through the forest, closer to Route 34. The large arcanine was stretched out in the flowers, lounging in the sun. Laying next to him was a curled up Raichu. And in lounging against a tree lay Leli, with her arm around a Noctowl. She was about to suggest to her Pokemon that they head back to Goldenrod City when she heard a voice and a Pokemon's voice.
A trainer! she thought excitedly and leaped to her feet, disturbing Hoots, her Noctowl. The bord shivered slightly as it awoke and extended her plumage. Leli crept closer to the edge of the clearing and spotted the owner of the voice. Her excitement faded as she spotted the younger girl and her one Pokemon. She would prove any challenge. Leli frowned, but figured she should help the girl out. She removed two of her Pokeballs and recalled Hoots and Jolt, then gestured to Fyre, her arcanine. Slowly, the two emerged from the clearing onto the trail slightly ahead of Lysie. She raised her hand in greeting.
"Hello there," she called out.
