Being that this Island is far from other ones these docks don't get to many visitors. Unless it's local fisherman or an occasional relative stopping by to visit a family member. The small easy going waves crash gently into the old fashion wooden support beams, that supports this dock.

Hotaru: Yeah you must be exhausted. Take it easy for now. We should search around the area though. I have a feeling those mysterious guys might still be here.

(Enters Ryutokai Docks from Ryutokai Streets, Page 4.)
Tempest makes his way to the docks after avoiding his contact with Kat, the ship slowly sailing away from the city in the distance. "Oh, so I see how it is. Wait 'till I get on that ship, the captain's goin' get it!" He said angrily to himself, punching into the palm of his hand, the metal-like armor now long gone from his limbs. "But this is a chance to work off all that extra energy! It's been a while since I've had a nice, long swim! Too long, in fact!" He smiled while doing another series of stretches before shortly diving into the water, swimming towards the ship leisurely but somehow still catching up to it. "Ah, how relaxing." He sighed, paddling closer to the ship before making his shin armor appear on his legs again, the gears revving and propelling him out of the water and onto the the ship's deck.
The rings spinning dies down as the soldiers suddenly turn to face Tempest, mistaking him for an intruder as they all draw their weapons and point them to him. He takes a stand with his face in anger, the men quickly putting away their weapons in fear after realizing their mistake, each of them shaking in fear of what he might do. "Tempest, sir!" They all loudly saluted, his frown switching to a smile. "At ease, boys." He commanded, walking past them as they loosened up.
"S-sir. We are s-so sorry." A soldier approached him, still scared and shaking. "Once we heard we had the dragon-boy, it was reported to the H.Q. and they said to ship off immediately, that nothing or no one else mattered." He frantically explained, however Tempest could only laugh, getting weird stares from the other soldiers and practically making the current one faint with fear.
"So that's how they plan on setting my up, eh?" He said, wiping his tearing eyes, still chuckling in fits. "It is alright, comrade. You all were only following orders and our objectives are met, so let us meet up with the others and regroup! Men! We shall now set course for our next destination, Konjou! Onward!" Tempest rallied the soldiers, the men responding in unison with a loud 'aye!' in response. As the ship redirected itself, Tempest began heading down into the lower area, the same soldier following close behind him.
"Wake me when we get there. And one more thing..." He groggily said before taking off his ripped shirt and vest, tossing it to the soldier as he collapsed under the weight. "Make sure this is properly fixed before we get there. It's quite the journey and you'll have plenty of time." He says before entering his cabin, flopping on his bed and drifting of into sleep. "Y-yes, sir." He strained in response, his small legs shaking to even attempt to carry the weight of his clothing.
