 "We're not going to stay like this forever!" Ailith vowed as she gazed about, her sight sharper than usual. She could also use her nose to their advantage. She picked up the scent of something odd and began to follow it, leading away from the light in the distance and deeper towards the middle of the swamp. There stood a statue of an old man, holding a mirror to the sky. Alas, it would be impossible taking it away from the statue until later, for there was no light to help them see their reflections in the first place. "Damn it! We're going to have to finish this mission in these forms...."╔════════════════════════════════

(( OOC :: Both. She has not removed the profiles nor has she replied to my message. )) Ailith shook her head, "Do that and it would shatter and we'd be forced to live like this. I'd rather chance death and at least possess an inkling of a chance at getting back to my original form than destroy such hope early on." Then she started back towards the dim light. When they entered the small clearing, a large three-headed dog stood motionless as its eyes stared directly at the two heroes. Ailith's fur poofed out in slight fear. The fear of dogs was obviously a given with this form. ╔════════════════════════════════

"We'll have to outwit it." Ailith said with fear apparent in her mind-voice. She hated dogs and knew that she would probably fear them just as much when they were back in their natural forms. "It's protecting the Solyss, so if we can get it to move, then perhaps we can activate the blasted orb."╔════════════════════════════════

Ailith took that chance to dash forward without the three-headed dog noticing and stared at the Solyss for a long moment before fiding that she didn't know how to activate it's light. She then saw that there was a small pedestool just a few feet away and began to roll the orb over to it with her paws, doing her best to try and lift it onto the pedestool, but couldn't. Akio was the only one that would be able to lift it high enough to set it upon it's stool. "Akio, switch palces! I'll distract it if you lift!" She snarled as she dashed out in front of the beast to get it's attention, and it did. It started to chase her instead of the white owl that had intrigued it.╔════════════════════════════════

He went over to the solyss and grasped onto it with his talons and began to flap his winds madly. This thing was ungodly heavy as he flew higher and higher. He almost dropped it but he managed to save it and eventually he got it onto its stool like she wanted. .

The moment that the Solyss touched the pedestool, it began to levitate and there was a sudden flare of light as the 'sun' returned to this area of the swamp. The three-headed dog turned to stone, and just in time, too, for it had been about to bear down up Ailith, whom of which was curled into a feeble position. She opened one slitted eye and realized that she was still alive before standing and shaking out her fur. "Do you have any idea where to next?"╔════════════════════════════════
