Feats we need em post some ill start

-Serrated edge:
When useing a serrated Blade your weapon attacks leave larger bleeding wounds that drain the targets blood

-Star Stacker:
your skill at stacking shurikins alows you to hold more shurikins, shurikins take up 1IP/30 shurikins

-Dazing blows:
when hitting an opponet with a blunt weapon reduce the target's jutsu per post by one for 4 posts (actually this would probably be better for a style)

-Blood into power:
sacrifice any number of stamina points restore a number of chakra points equal to half the amount of stamina spent.

-Clone master:
Prerequisites: Any clone jutsu and atleast 1 clone sub jutsu
when ever you make a clone you make one additional clone for no additional chakra
