No one has electric powers. someone could literally plug himself into a wall and hold a light bulb and it would light up. while he remained unaffected. saying he had "powers" was an exaggeration.

That is a bit different. People are very good energy conductors :p except when he grabbed onto a transformer for a 7 story apartment building he should have gotten cooked.
