Eliphas sat in the middle of his cage his arms wrapped around his legs with his chin resting on his knees, a sullen and defeated look on his face flinching at the sudden moves the workers made whenever they got near his cage.

Avellana 
Mordred, Avellana's half brother, stepped into the slave shop. Looking for the perfect birthday present for his dear ol' sis. One thing about his half sister, she hates the idea of slavery. Thinks the people working in the field as scum and the slaves themselves pathetic getting themselves in their positions in the first place. So he would without a doubt get a very interesting reaction from her. Now to find one that will drive her mad to no end. The man paced around the rows of cages. Surprised to see how many strong willed ones they were. He honestly expected most or all be broken spirited. It was one of the traits he was looking for.
His goldish brown eyes drifted towards on of the back cages. Inside was a demon rolled himself in a little ball sitting up and jumping at nearly every movement and sound made. Perfect. He stepped close and noticed one of his small black wings were missing. It didn't take a regular slave shopper to figure out what happened to it. Mordred grabbed the attention of one of the guards and asked what price was the broken demon.

Eliphas looked up at the man who had just asked how much he was, his expression changed from sullen to scared. Eliphas grabbed at his wing afraid that this man was going to be like all the others.
A worker walked up Mordred and handed him a profile that had all the slaves information including price "your sure you want to waste your time with this one" the worker said looking down at Eliphas "I guess if your not looking to spend a lot of money he's perfect..." the worker trailed off before realizing that Mordred probably didn't care "just pay at the front desk" he said as he walked away.

Mordred let out a chuckle when he saw how truly pathetic the small demon was. A pure coward through and through. "This demon disgrace isn't for me, but my half sister. If I was to buy a slave for myself, I won't get one useless and pitiful as this one." He replied to the guard that unlocked the demon's cage and place a collar and chain to his neck.
After everything was signed and payed for, Mordred's eyes turned red as he muttered a spell which transported them to the castle.
