Artifact||
The Artifact in Vilks was though to have a connection to Dragons because of its design, but the Artifact is not that of the dragons and thus has no connection to them, the Artifact is really the Beast artifact, because Vilks was all ready a 'beast' type it changed him and made him stronger changing his apperance based on his changes, in the even of a human gaining the power they would become a werewolf but the artifact is picky about who gains its power...

Vilks was just a normal wolf until he happend to wonder into some ruins looking for food, in the ruins he encounterd four tresure hunters who were suprised by vilks appearence as he sat there befor them as they were eating, much to there discovery he only wanted something to eat but were more in shock when vilks started trying to alert them to a giant spider as it came for them, from that attack which all 5 of them survived vilks followed them through the ruins, only when the tresure hunters found the artifact they were seeking that vilks changed and gained his abilitys for the artifact reacted to his precence and merged with him, vilks changes scared the tresure hunters as they fled the ruins in fear... Only Vilks Found him self in a strange new world when he left the ruins the only thing he some how was sent else where and not where the ruins atually were as he happend to walk though a tare in space, now stuck in this new world vilks finds it to his likeing though what will become of him...
Vortex Howl||
Vortex Howl is a Powerful and Devastating force of energy, the Bark when used if said out loud when converted from sound translates to "Fus Ro Da" Meaning 'Unrelenting Force' the attack is a pure force of energy capable of pushing or throwing whats in its path, the blast its self is looks like a mass magnitude of charged energy focused from a single point into a cone like shape, when looking directly into the blast it resembles a Black Hole only it does not draw the energy in but shoots it outwards, the blast is stronger the closer the target is to the center but it can also be used to project a wave form blast of energy which can travel further then the cone blast because of Vilks nature it is only half as strong and not enough to kill unless the person happens to hit there head really hard when falling over.
