I just discovered this, started watching it, and found myself actually liking it. So which of the Japanese shows is it based off of?
I would like to get into the Kamen Rider shows, any advice?

It's based off of Kamen Rider Ryuki.
As for a good series, I'd say either Kabuto or Faiz as those were the series I started on. smile

I would never start with newer ones. I'd start from the beginning with the 1971 Kamen Rider series. Kamen Rider V3 came after it, which was only 1 season I think....
UPDATE--oh nevermind....apparently they don't have either of these online. -__- I didn't know that....sorry. But if I could I would start with these originals.... I found the first five episodes subtitled but...there is like over 90 episodes of the first Kamen Rider

Though I would tend to start off newbie viewers on the Heisei era Riders and nudge that they work they're way down to Showa since the latter are harder to come by/have more of the retro feel. What would say about Dragon Knight however? xd Andras Van Malice I started with Den-O, it was a CLIMAX! lol Wrong thread pal. Though I will agree. It was definitely a climax from start to end. Catchy themes too. XD

Speaking of Dr Who, I watched most of the first doctor, even though a lot of it was reproduction with only audio, I been watching the second Doctor which is also mostly audio, which consists of the last half of season 4(because the first doctor regenerated during the season) and goes to Season 6. And then I got most of Third Doctor, which is Season 7 to Season 11. As long as the links I got them from still remain working I will be able to continue with the rest.
Sorry to go off topic. XD

I just think there's a few others out there that might be a bit better. xd 1Sunder Speaking of Dr Who, I watched most of the first doctor, even though a lot of it was reproduction with only audio, I been watching the second Doctor which is also mostly audio, which consists of the last half of season 4(because the first doctor regenerated during the season) and goes to Season 6. XD You know, I heard from one of my favorite online reviewers that the season one reproduction episodes were pretty good when I was watching his videos on them. The series as a whole seems like a really interesting mythos to get into, I'm just if that I'd ever had the time again to start something like, where would I start from. xd Which reminds me, why hasn't anybody made a Dr. Who thread here in the Imperium yet? mad

X__X which is going to take me forever. I been neglecting it though...been into games recently. And other shows. I know a thing or two about Dr Who, but I for one am not a total expert, there is probably others that would do a better job. If I was going to do a major Dr Who thread I'd want to go over every Doctor and what outfit he wore, what creatures he went up against How many Time Eras he stopped in. Etc etc....making that Thread alone would take days just to make the first post in the thread. lol....I am sure there is already guilds about Dr Who on here I am sure.
