Launches next week, but if you had an account before that is now inactive, it's now been reactivated. They haven't implemented all the free to play functions yet, but it's going to essentially work like Cryptic's other game, Champions Online.
Incidentally, I've enjoyed the game in the past, but decided it wasn't worth paying for. Now that it's free, however, it's absolutely fantastic.
