Fury the Charizard

PostPosted: Thu Jan 05, 2012 9:30 pm

The sun was fairly low in the sky, and the moon was peeking out from behind the clouds a soft orange light moved across the beach, from a distance it looked like a hovering flame, Fury flicked her tail, carrying her new sketchbook. There wasn't anyone out here either this late at night save for a human couple out for some stupid stroll. Fury growled low every time she passed one that stared.

With every step her feet sunk into the sand, leaving a trail of three toed footprints behind her. She paused ever so often to try and shake the sticky sand from between the claws on her feet. She preferred rocky beaches to this sand one but it was too bad there wasn't one around. She continued to stroll down the beach until she found an appropriate spot to both sit and draw. She surveyed the area no one was around, perfect.

Fury used the light from her tail to make up for the failing light of the sun. her tail always seemed to only come in handy when it was a matter of light, every other time it was in the way, though fury had gotten pretty adept at working around it in her new form, she looked at her clawed hand that still had scales on it, she stood out more now than she had as a pokemon, people were used to seeing pokemon but someone like her.... someone as mutated as she was even for a pokehuman...

It was all their fault.

She growled dangerously, her tail flickered more intense, she breathed deeply as she began drawing the landscape. She needed to practice drawing landscapes... maybe she'd do some character sketches after.

The air shifted a good distance from the Charizard as a second person appeared, pulling her skirts high above her bare feet. They were bundled into fists in her hands, to keep them away from anything she might have stepped in upon entry to the sand. But beneath her feet was nothing but sand. She distracted herself by wiggling her toes in it, burying her feet completely, her purple tail swaying behind her like a content cat. Which wasn't far from the truth. The woman's eyes were closed and she let the skirt drop to the ground, a smile spreading across her face.

It was only then she felt the other presence, in the way a Psychic Pokemon could. Prisca felt the people nearby, but she ignored them for one person in particular. The aura wasn't a human. It felt fiery, like a huge well lit bonfire. A Fire Pokemon, perhaps. Though not just a Pokemon.

Fearless, the Mewtwo strode forward, forgetting for a fact that she was, indeed, a Mewtwo. A being most would fear. Her telltale purple tail was hidden beneath the trailing skirt, leaving a skid in the sand behind her. The horns on her had were easily noticeable, standing above the bunch of curls in the back of her head, held together by a silver net over her hair. Out of habit of dealing with Xero, she kept her own aura calm and nonthreatening, clasping her hands in front of her to further show this. Once she was close enough, she called out in a clear voice," "Good evening. Am I disturbing you?"

Fury continued focusing on the drawing, and didn't sense the approaching footsteps. When Prisca Spoke fury sat up with a jolt dropping her pencil and paper in the sand. Fury growled with frustration, there was going to be sand in her book for days. Thinking foolishly at first glance it was a stupid human near her her tail flared up as an intimidation tactic when grabbed both pencil and sketchbook.

The charizard didn't immediately answer the mewtwo woman, she didn't realize who was talking. Fury stood, facing the woman fully, beginning with a growl "What does it look like h.." she cut herself short catching the horns on the womans head the tell tale horns of a mewtwo. So the humans managed to create another one. At least she thought it was another one, she had heard rumors mewtwo had fierce some aura's even those who weren't psychic could feel. She didn't feel like that, at least, from what she could tell. She had no skill of the sort when it came to auras.

Fury took a step back, "Why are you here?" she demanded defensively maybe, those humans sent it after her, realizing she was too hard to catch without something more powerful.

A sense of dejavu was coming over the woman at the other's reaction. Since it only happened once, she couldn't very well call it instinct that she raised her hands in a defensive posture like she had to Xero the first time she had met him. She even took a step backwards at the fury of the Charizard. It made her curious why this one was the way she was. Not even Xero was this bad. He was just...Quiet, for lack of a better word.

"Calm down," she said softly, her purple tail sliding out from under her dress to curl at her feet, more visible from underneath the fabric of the gown. "I always come here. I suppose we have just missed each other." She had been too distracted lately to visit the beach as often as she'd like. Not unless Xero was with her, but she found she prefered to spend time with him some place more secluded than the beach the humans seemed fond of visiting. 'Specially in the warmer seasons. "But if you'd rather, I can always leave." She shrugged to show it really didn't matter to her.

Though, in truth, she was a little bugged by the reaction. Mewtwo was naturally not something accepted so easily by everyone. There was nothing hiding the telltale horns, and now with her tail poking out.

Then again maybe not, it felt she didn't feel menacing at least she couldn't feel any sort of Aura from the mewtwo, Prisca's body posture didn't seem like it either, at least not how she expected she still wasn't about to trust her at least not completely. She huffed and growled, she still didn't like her but if she didn't try anything maybe she could stay.

"Right..." the charizard eyed the woman clearly with suspicion, She came here often right, like she believed that a small jet of flame shot out of the charizards mouth, what if it was true? her paranoia often drove people away, mostly because she was afraid of going back to that place and the people there.

"No you don't have to leave" she said finally after a while through her teeth, she found it hard to even say anything, and it made her very uncomfortable, she found the transformation the mewtwo had gone through she was still pretty, nothing like herself. Of course a mewtwo would end up nearly perfect, she huffed again picking up her sketchbook and pencils from the sand. she gently scraped the sand off the pages careful not to smudge the image, surprisingly gentle for how she just behaved.

She continued to watch the Mewtwo carefully through the corner of her eye even though she went back to sitting on her rock.

Prisca sighed, not feeling hostile towards the other woman, still, despite her apparent dislike or simple distrust of her. If anything, the Mewtwo's body language and tone of voice were bordering on submissive. She had backed away and put up her hands, a sign of not wanting to fight and willingness to let the other have their way. But what made the language only borderline submissive was the relaxed way she held herself. She didn't puff out in arrogance. Instead, she held herself in a relaxed way. A confident way. Her tail was curled about her feet casually, like the owner felt she had no reason to be afraid of the Charizard. Which she didn't. No matter what level the Fire Pokemon had been at before changing, Prisca was a Mewtwo. She could hold her own against a non Legend.

Frowning at the reluctant allowance, Prisca grabbed one side of her dress, lifting it up and to the side in an offended response. Sniffing out like an aggressive Ponyta, she turned her back on the other woman, pulling the dress over her head in one swift motion. If her chubby body hadn't been apparent through the dress, the two piece did nothing to hide it now. She had planned to simply get her feet wet, maybe take a swim or do some power practice. But now that she was irritated, she had changed her mind.

Ignoring the other Pokehuman, she made for the water, winding her hair as she went into a little bun at the back of her head, using a claw to fasten it into place. The glasses remained on her face.

But if she was thinking she'd get a peaceful swim, she was mistaken. Prisca got out waist deep and was about to dive in fully, when something rather slimy grabbed her around the ankle and pulled her down in a flailing of arms and a little surprised shriek.
