History: Raven was born in the Northern Water tribe to water bending parents. All her five older siblings (all brothers) have inherited their parent's bending ability. When her sixth sibling (a little sister) was born and was discovered to have a bending ability as well, Raven grew increasingly envious of her. Eventually, after a heated argument with her parents she ran away, seeking an opportunity to prove herself (what Raven didn't realise was that her parents had always loved her all the same even though she was not a bender). She joined the Water tribe army to fight in the war, hoping to prove her worth. Her contingent is travelling to Ba Sing Se (is that how it's spelt?).

Appearance:

History: Raven's second eldest brother. Multi-talented and inventive, Marron was recruited into an elite Water tribe team that dealt with sensitive cases (eg. assassins, assassinations, royal guard, reconnaissance, cases to do with the avatar etc). This elite team consists of 20 specially talented warriors and was established a hundred years ago. Marron has the ability to incorporate his twin sword fighting style into his water bending, thus giving him the advantage of using both water and sword at the same time. According to rumours in the Earth Kingdom, a fire nation fugitive is seeking refuge in the Northern Water tribe and it is Marron's job to arrest the fugitive. Marron has agreed to the quest and also seeks his little sister's whereabouts.

"I hate you! I hate you all!"

Marron walked down the icy streets of the Northern Water tribe. In one hand he held a written description of his next mission- the arrest of a fire nation fugitive. For once, Marron was reluctant to fulfill his new objective. He knew this mission was important, but so was his missing little sister, Raven. He grimaced inwardly. Dear little sister, Marron thought grievously, we had always loved you from the start. There was nothing you had to prove to us in the first place.

Suddenly, Marron found himself sprawling on the ground, the wind knocked out of him. Fortunately, it seemed that the blow had hit his armoured shoulder. Who was that? Cold dread crept up Marron's spine as he realised that most of the ground around him had returned to water. Instinctively, his hand flew to his swords and he began whipping up a shield of water around himself.
