The only thing is, I'm trying to get the main of the guild active etc. before adding a subforum, because they get ignored otherwise sweatdrop

 ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Maybe you could have a contest where somebody on the crew, is a vice captain, or vice captain creates a thread. In the thread you have a question. If the people who post give a response to that question, you give them a small item if it is their first time. Or they could choose to try and find all the threads and post in all of them. After posting and using a well thought response, you give them something like a image that say "I found ________'s thread!" The _____ stands for the person's username. And the image could be of different ducks
EDIT:Having one image=small prize(500g and under)
Two Images=Medium Prize(501g-1000g)
3 Images=Large Prize(1001g-5000g-Depends on responses)~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Well the way I thought is each crew member makes a thread. The post has a question in it. When anybody answers with a well thought response(anybody who posts in the thread) they can receive and image with a duck that says "I found ______'s thread!" Then depending on the number of images they have, the prize they can get will change. More images=better prize If that makes sense
