Konoha Underground
Most of the Konoha Underground (for detailed information, look here) is located underneath the village. However, there are a few passages that lead out of the village, mainly evacuation routes.
These passages, at first glance, seem like the perfect weakness for Konoha as they can lead to just about anywhere in the village. However, finding these passages from the outside is impossible without prior knowledge. Furthermore, all of them are heavily guarded with a combination of ANBU and alarm seals. To make the task of anyone trying to sneak into Konoha through these passages even more difficult, it is possible to easily get lost in the maze of underground corridors and rooms after entering. In short, using the main gates is usually much more convenient, whether its to peacefully or to forcefully enter.
