So ontop of everything else Sara was now also playing the role of a smuggler. Getting Lestari to the Academy was not an easy mission, first of all her mother seemed insistent about dressing her up like a doll. Sara could understand that priests were sometimes admired for their elegance and grace, but the clothes the blue haired woman were sporting was a little over the top, even for a woman who believed that nonsense. They were a little out of place in a temple, never mind the Academy, so as soon as they were out of the woman's sight Sara started to think up ways that they could loose the attire.
"Maybe you should start keeping some clothes at my home, then we can stop by there ever morning and get you kitted out properly. It would take great talent to fight wearing something so... restricting." It was the only word she could think to say at the moment, Sara had often worn clothes of similar expense and style, they looked really pretty but unless you were planning to sit around and do nothing to please the eyes of passers by they really had no use. Sara would hate to dislike someone she had never really met before, but Lestari's mother was not a person that Sara could get along with, she had seen the odd looks she got this morning, as if the woman was trying to present to here what a priest should look like. Sara however, had kept her cool, smiled and dragged the blue haired girl out as quickly as she could.
It was then that she finally came up with a reasonable plan, her old guardians house was not too far away and she was sure Hua would have something suitable for Lestari to borrow, just for the day. "I know, come with me I know a place you can get changed." She nodded, turning to walk down the side streets as the conduit mapped out a route through the Imperial City. She had some to know this place quite well in the many years she had been exploring the streets. Hua's estate was a large Chinese style building and you could not go more than thirty steps without wondering past some kind of dog or wolf. For some time Sara had lived here, and it still felt like she walked the halls every day.
After some time she finally found some clothes for Les to wear, a simple pant and best suit, not fancy in the slightest but it would do for her first day. She put the folded pile into her students arms, before resting her hand on her hip. "Its still not too late to change your mind, if you want to back down." She stated as one of the large animals came up to Sara, the conduit smiled and ran her hand through the fur on its head.

Today was the first day Lestari was meeting with Sara, considering her mother had no idea of what they were really doing, she’d dressed Les up as a doll. Les had been dressed with long sleeves, multiple layers of fabric, with her hair up in some fancy do and makeup enough to cake her whole face in a thick layer. Needless to say, Les knew Sara hadn’t been very pleased when she’d first laid eyes on her that morning. Sinta was happy that her daughter hadn’t made a fuss; little did she know it was only because the blue haired Lunarian was going to be away from her mother the whole day. Sara and Lestari were off soon enough, away from her mother and out of the clothing she was trapped in.
To Sara’s suggestion, Les snickered. “I think that would be a good idea, I have some gold I can use to buy whatever is necessary.” Gold, she’d been saving up since she had been a child. Some of the gold had come from her father who paid her when Lestari helped him, the other were gifts from birthdays and such. “It will be nice to finally be wearing something that isn’t so…” Les picked the word Sara had used. “Restricting.” Though she knew her mother had only tried to not only impress those Lestari would meet today, but show Sara what a priest ought to look like in what she thought was a subtle way of doing things. Sinta had no idea that she was only alienating her daughter from the other priests if she was indeed going to the temple. However, she was not, and Sinta would never know the truth until it was too late, or someone told her. The only one who could do such a thing was her little brother, for unlike Lestari he was a true priest.
Following Sara with ease through the streets, Lestari enjoyed the silence between them. It wasn’t one of those awkward silences, but they simply did feel the need to talk. Sara mentioned a place she could change and that was it, Les did not question, only followed. It seemed like their destination was a large estate of kinds, once inside Les was surprised to see the amount of animals the place had. If Sara knew of this place, was this where she had received her own pet wolf? Or maybe she’d been raised here. That was an interesting thought, one she’d have to investigate at a later time. Lestari had never been allowed any pets or animals. She’d often envied other children when they were gifted with kittens and puppies, but never little Lestari. Sinta forbad it.
Lestari took the pile from Sara, rolling her eyes. “If you keep asking me to back down I’m going to start calling you Sinta.” With that Lestari turned away from her to find some privacy to get changed. She undid her hair first, shaking it until it was free of any pins that could hinder her. She did her hair in a simple ponytail with two sticks. With her old clothing, Les rubbed off all the makeup that was on her face, he’d used the inside so it would go unnoticed when she returned home. The clothing was a little more difficult to undo alone, but Lestari managed and put on the clothing Sara had given her. The only thing she kept from her previous outfit was her belt she rearranged to tie around her hip, satisfied, Les went back to Sara. “What do you think?”

Sara's expression dropped as soon as that wicked woman's name was mentioned, she scoffed, folding her arms and giving the other a rather stern look. "We shall see how long this secret lasts if you do that." The conduit stated rather coldly. She was not going to be talked to in such a way, especially when she was working to assist the girl. She waited as the blue haired student wandered into a nearby room to get changed. Sarangerel sighed, closing her eyes and leaning against the wall. She did not know why, but she felt like Lestari was going to be the death of her, but it was too late to turn away from the task now. She had dug this hole and now she was going to lay in it.... Oh Spirits, what did she get herself into?
She started to talk, more to herself than anyone else. Being a conduit you got used to hearing your own voice, and talking to things that where not there. She had come accustomed to the looks and snide comments from those who did not understand. As she got stronger the line between life and death began to smudge, these days she did not even pretend to be able to tell the difference. "I have many friends who are warriors and they have been so long before I could call them such, I have watched some of them die and watched others turn into monsters - I do not want to be giving your body to the sea Lestari, not someone so young." She had even seen some of her friends murder her others, no, this war was far from an affair that children should get involved in. She did not think herself old, but she was older then Lestari and her few years had enabled her to see things and mature much passed those few years she owned.
She wondered, if the girl could somehow see though her own eyes, would this really be the path her heart would rest on? - or would she see sense?
Though she knew her words were not going to have much effect, people these days only seemed to reply to treats and swords and she was skilled in neither. "I have long given up preaching a message to peace to those who want to know nothing bur war, everyone has their own reason's for fighting. I just hope your dream is worth ending those of others." She opened her eyes as she heard stirring from the room next to her. The clothes fit, for the most part. The other girl seemed to be happier wearing them, much more comfortable and relaxed. "Hmm. You look...free." She nodded her head and turned around, looking in the direction of the Academy, the two needed to get a move on.
"Come on, I will not have you late." She looked back, giving her student a small smile.
