I thought this would be a good thread to get some event ideas going, I know DJ was thinking of a comic-like event, and Lucifer had a cute picnic idea.
Maybe we could have some kind of event that really encouraged users to post and get to know eachother. Something in the chatterbox forum, mayhaps? Just an idea.
On a side note, I know Lucifer has assigned specific duties to mods, and I would love to have some. 3nodding

I'll be planning this comic soon. Once i get settled in to my life [just been away from home..] xD
I think our guild isn't all that active no more... confused crying

Well, I think most users just don't know what to do, but are really willing to help with anything they can do. That's why we need some sort of event to get them going.

And yesh, our members need to be motivated, they don't seem to know what they're doing.... confused

xd I know. But they have to remember the guild has hardly been open a month yet. But we really need to set up something that ALL members can use and really be a part of, not just bump, etc. But they need to think of things too.
I was thinking~
I know Rabid Cow was in charge of some kinds of newbie school, but I don't really know what it was about.
What if we had something where newbies could answer some type of survey/application, enter it, and we could pair newbies up with guild members (at least, ones who want to be)? To help and guide them in the ways of investment/ etc.?
I've taken two newbies under my wing in the past few months, and it feels good to have helped them along, and they appreciate it so much.
What do you guys think?

Oh, and what about a Q&A Subforum(as many questions seemed to be asked repeatedly), and L.A.I.D. tags (like ID tags) for members? whee heart

You can take over the newbie school, as we removed Rabid cow from the moderator team for lack of activity. 3nodding Helping newbies is great and give's us a good advantage over everyone else.
Afterall, newbies are the future! *remembers ye olde days of DJ being a newbie. sad xd *

hmm, LAID tag's wouldn't be so bad, but it would be alot of work... sweatdrop I wouldn't be able to cope with VC, Graphics, Comic and tags gonk We'll have to think n this one... ninja
Yeah, a Q+A subforum would be useful. 3nodding I'll probably make one later when i get home from school 3nodding heart
