I need some help finding good, quality, reliable information regarding the traditions of the Ancient Sumerians, as well as the Reconstructionism movement.

Typing 'Sumerian Reconstructionism' into Google brought up some groups on Yahoo and Livejournal. They are likely inactive but you may be able to read the posts there and find more out.
As for the other, start with the Wikipedia article on Sumerian Religion and see if the sources there lead out to primary source materials or give you a direction to start researching in. From what I see there's good sourcing there, and a decent index of deities to poke around.
