Before we begin with my proposal, I'm inquired to inform that this is NOT a petition to ban anyone or de-mod them because let's face it, we all know it's not going to happen and the fact that previous proposals brought up gave me an interesting inquiry about how we as a community see a few of our members.
Two in particular have been problematic and they seem to bring groans and/or drama to the table where ever they go simply by not thinking about what they're doing.
Now then what I propose is this.. <******** this guild, allow me to elaborate.
This guild has been the centerfold of drama of epic proportions, and I'll be the first to admit I've done my fair share of it.
This guild used to be about discussing storylines, and a hangout for non rp discussions and look what it's become.
We have a guild owner who sits back and does absolutely nothing to this guild, and he sells crew spots just for the lulz. Rather than finding trust worthy people because let's face it NONE of the current crew past or present have done anything even remotely crew worthy.
Aside from locking topics (that they themselves continue to post in) or deleting topics then they're getting bashed.
There is another social guild out there that is completely bullshit free, it doesn't have any of this social guild's mods, especially Hiro and Angel (not to knock them, but s**t hit the fan quickly when they got crew power), and we actually discuss what a person is doing wrong and how it can be fixed in the future rather than b***h about it for 10-15 pages about why they suck d**k.

Plus I don't understand this Rookie and vets thing that is going on. I understand it to an extent, I mean. I understand how the veterans have been here for longer, they have been through more, they put out better quality stuff, and they pretty much know what they are doing. But I feel like there is less leniency for the rookies then the Vets. The rookies could do one little thing and everyone hates them. But I have seen some vets do stuff that a Rookie get banned and everything else for.
Think of it as initiation of sorts, Vets get away with it because they've been around longer. However that's been slowly phased out, Vets don't get away with as much stuff as you think. But I want to also point out that some Vets are leaving because they have personal lives or they're going through personal situations that require their time. Some of it is attributed to the drama but mostly its their personal lives.
With all of that being said, ******** this guild. I like the new one better
