A rather large building in itself. It's surrounded by a very high wall, making it impossible to jump over, and the walls literally absorb chakra, so it's also impossible to climb. This also makes it impossible to be destroyed. The material of the wall protects against physical damage.
There's only one formal entrance, which is a gate. The gate has identical properties as the wall and is so large that it can only be opened from the inside.
There's a long walk way (about the size of your average drive way) that leads to the only entrance to the building, which is Japanese in style. Along the edge of the walk way, standing upon the grass, are large statues, each as unique as the one before it.
The only other note-worthy aspects are two very small ponds, each only about four feet in depth and about twenty meters in diameter.
