As some of you may have heard, the former Captain Kyodai is unavailable. In the mean time, I have been appointed to serve as the new Captain of the 10th Division. I shall operate within the best of my abilities to be a competent captain. As a corollary, I fully expect each of you to do the same and execute your duties to the 10th Division and the Seireitei.

Hey there,
This is ZephyrsBlade talking out of character here. I just wanted to address to all of you a few upcoming things to be wary of. First things first, activity has been crap lately. I know, I know, I'm partially to blame too but then so are you ,dear reader. There will be a few major dates and deadlines set down for activity and such.
The first thing is posting. If you do not PM me with an acceptable excuse of why you can't log on to Gaia and type up at least two or three paragraphs every now and then, expect to be demoted. I will send out a PM to everyone in the squad regarding this if I feel there is a lack of posting going on or if you're holding up something major. On the same point, feel free to fill my inboxes if I'm doing the same thing.
You'll have a week to respond or post. After the end of the week you'll be thrown down from whatever seat you were into Unseated. Afterwards you'll have to convince me to reinstate you somehow, and this will usually be after a period of time.
If I'm ever away, I'll either delegate someone as a Captain in my place, have another person from another squad take over, or just pass it down to the next highest rank until my return.
Oh and I'll also accept any challenges for captaincy. Bring it on!
