Kagome was walking home with a backpack full of her books that she would need over the next little while, "Great.... my backpack is heaping full, and i still have to pack lunch for Inuyasha and the others." she sighed. She was just coming up to the house when her grandpa saw her, while walking to the storage shed, "Hey Kagome!! Your friend's come to get ye! he waiting in the house for ye!"
"Thanks Gramps!!" she yelled back at him as he disappeared into the shed. then she hobbled over to the house (due to the overloaded backpack). She got into the house, hollered hello to her mom and brother who were in the kitchen and hurried up to her room to relieve her cargo. When she opened her door she saw Inuyasha digging in her underwear drawer, with one of them on her head. She stared at him for a moment, "you pervert!! what do you think your doing in my drawers!! SIT BOY!!"

Inuyasha had managed to pop his head out from one of her drawers just as she had entered. There was a single pare of pink underwear hanging from one of his doggy ears up top his head. "Wait its not what you think Kagome i was, it was.." Though before the hanyou had a chance to explain, 'Wham!' Once again his face meet with the wooden floor below as the rest of his body followed. "Kagome what the hell.!" He snapped, hoping right back up with his hands clenched into a fists.

Kagome threw her backpack on the floor and crossed her arms, "Hmpf!! I should be saying the same thing!! what do you think you were doing with you head in my underwear drawer anyways?" and she took the pink underwear off inuyasha's ear, stuffed it into the draw and shoved it closed with much force. "teach you to go snooping in my stuff...." she mumbled.

"I was just looking for the shards, how was i suppose to know your underwear or what ever you called it would be in there!" He pointed with a single finger at the second drawer to the top. Ok granted it was a drawer and he figured there might be private stuff in there, but still how was he to know that was where she kept her underwear.

What for? you dont think i can protect them myself, or were you just going to sneek off back to the Feudal Era with the shards and leave me behind?" she sighed, exasperated at Inuyasha. "Im going to take a last shower before we leave, and dont even think about going snooping in my stuff again!! and expecially dont go looking for the shards. Here *grabs the cat* play with the cat while your waiting, but dont hurt him!!" she grabs new clothing and heads off into the shower, shouting once more through the crack of the door, "And dont even THINK about coming in here!" *quitely slams the door*

Inuyasha backed up a little. He know that when ever she gave him the same stare that she was giving him now, bad things where sure to follow. "No I was.." He swallowed. "I was just making sure you had them in a safe spot, that is all.." With a huff he turned his head away from the miko and crossed both his arms in front of his chest. "Plus, what makes you think i would leave without-" Though before he could finish talking, the cat was shoved at him and the door to the bathroom was slammed shut. Flinching at the sound of the door he looked down at the little orange felian who seemed to try and wiggle out of his grasp. "Dam, oh well it looks like it is just you and me cat." He muttered to the cat, walking over to sit down and play with it.

Kagome relaxed in the bath longer than she should have but she wasnt going to get a nice warm bath for a long time so she may as well enjoy it while it lasts. She could still hear Inuyasha playing with Buyo, so he hasnt left yet. she sighed, she can just never tell with him. I wonder when his patience will run out before he starts ranting at me to get out? whatever, he can just wait. not like he was going anywhere without the shards anyways.

After an hour had gone by, Inuyasha grow board. Getting up from where he sat upon the wooden floor below, he walked off. Once out side of the small bedroom Inuyasha made his way down the hall and towards the bathroom. "Hey Kagome you almost done in there!" He grumbled, about to reach for the knob when he remembered he was not suppose to enter.

Guess that answers my question, she thought. I guess i have been in here long enough, its practically been an hour. "Alright, alright, im coming out!!" Kagome got out of the tub and started to dry off, wrapped a towl around herself and peeked out of the bathroom door and saw Inuyasha right there. "Hey!!! Go downstairs and wait for me, okay? Geez..."
(man this is short but i cant really think of anything else to put sweatdrop )

Inuyasha huffed mostly to himself as he left to go down stairs. Alright grated he would have to wait some more, but it truly beat kissing the floor again. Kagome better not take to long.. He thought, crossing his arms in annoyance.
