Taki "Leave This Place"! A full moon rose over the Japanese village. The sly ninja Taki snuck around quietly, looking for trouble to fix up, especially if it involved Soul Edge. Her intense dark eyes was the only thing visible on her face, considering the mask that covered her mouth and nose.

Mitsurugi  Meanwhile, the rougish samurai, Mitsurugi, walked the village streets alone, searching for any sign of Soul Edge. The ronin felt a strange presence that he thought he remembered, so he was on guard, naturally, gripping the hilt of his katana tight.

Taki "Leave This Place"! Taki jumped down into a dark alley and began to creep through it. "Something is in here...," she mumbled softly to herself as she took out both of her kunai.

Mitsurugi Mitsurugi felt something coming from a nearby alley, so he walked over to it. Instead of finding a piece of Soul Edge, he ended up spotting that accursed ninja woman, Taki. "What are you doing here?!" He growled. The pair were not exactly friends.

Taki "Leave This Place"! "The question is what are YOU doing here," Taki snarled under her mask. This was her mission, not that rude, proud samurai. She flipped her kunai at a correct angle, knowing a fight was about to ensue.

Mitsurugi Mitsurugi grit his teeth and drew his katana. The ronin charged the ninja, ready to slice her to pieces. Soul edge would be HIS, not a toy for this unworthy ninja!

Taki "Leave This Place"! "Hmph," Taki huffed as she got into her ninja fighting stance and jumped over Mitsurugi. "You're gonna have to do better than that lowly ronin"!

Mitsurugi Mitsurugi turned quickly and growled at the ninja, bringing his blade into a quick slash. "DIE!" He yelled.

Taki "Leave This Place"! Taki charged as well, glaring at Mitsurugi. In the end, both their weapons clashed together, putting them in a face-to-face hold. "Baka," Taki growled, "You're not a true samurai. You use your rage to attack! And what are you doing here, this is my territiory! Leave this place and I will not cut off your head"!

Mitsurugi Mitsurugi glared at the ninja fiercely. "Fool! Soul Edge is MINE! It's not some toy for a weakling like yourself!" He barked. He broke the face off, shoving Taki back.
