I know there's Sealand and Wy and Seaborgia but has anyone heard of Kugelmugel? I recently found a decent handful of pictures of the adorable thing but no information. Can't even tell if it's a boy or a girl. Here take a look for yourself: User Image

Apperently the adorable thing is in Austria. Anyone else know anything?

KugelMugel is a former micronation located in Austria. KugelMugel is infact a He. He is also fascinated with art (Obsessed in it really, like Belarus is with Russia) And has a habit of shouting out that everything is art.

He is a Canon character, he appeard in the webcomics.
