Fool had indeed had a difficult time believing someone would be brazen enough to steal cookies, candies, and other sweet comestibles before Christmas. That and it just seemed an impossible thing to do! But that day she went to the store and all the sweets had been cleared out, she knew it was for real, and that it just had to be stopped!
She set off rather quickly, not knowing where she was going, but accompanied by a lucky cat she dubbed Ace. Funnily enough, he was her guide, and led her on through her hunt. Unfortunately, she wasn't having much luck finding any of the thieves responsible for making a mockery of her favorite winter Holiday.
Today, though, something told her she was going to have a fair bit of luck. And so, Ace riding on her shoulder like some awkward parrot, whip in hand, and well dressed in her winter best, Fool made her way through town. She stops on the corner of the main street, and looks around with slight displeasure. It was cold, and she was tired of running about.
