((well, when you choose to spontaneously start an RP with no background story to it, usually the first person to post chooses their own setting for their character. Eventually, something brings the characters together and adventure ensues.))
Name: Slytha Christiansen
Username: I'm Eclipse13579
Age: depends. she was forged 714 years ago, but didn't gain her current form and abilities until about 13 years ago.
Gender: Female
Pic:

and when she's up for a fight:

her husband is half-dragon, so she also has another form she typically uses. I couldn't find a pic, but it looks a lot like this, but violet and with wings.

Any other things that pic doesn't show: she's actually a shape-shifter, so... these are just a few of her preferred forms.
Bio: Well, Slytha was originally a sword that a knight forged for himself from dragon scales, which created a metal with very strange properties. This, combined with the alchemeic properties of the blood from the dragons that this knight killed, created a sword unlike any other. Eventually, the dragonslayer fell under a curse that made him an immortal half-dragon, and he took Slytha with him as he went into hiding. Over the years, the sword gained sentience as she watched her master try to atone for his sins. Finally, hundreds of years later, Slytha evolved to the point of being able to reshape her own body. The knight, realizing that his sword had been his one companion through thick and thin, fell in love with her after a while and they were married. She helps him guard a forest that gives refuge to stranded aliens, like the vashta nerada.
Theme Song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8zEgLGQrk4Race: Well, I suppose you could say that she's part draconian... She's quite honestly one of a kind.
From year: 1296
Transportation: Usually, she'll just fly wherever she wants to go.
Travels: Not many. She and Sumer (The knight that married her) stay pretty busy in their forest.
Personality: Slytha has a bit of a temper at times, but she's learned to control it most of the time. She's extremely defensive of her friends.
Anything else: I just hope that this isn't too much detail to put into one character... I didn't mean to bore anyone. This is the first time I've tried playing her without her husband, so I might go back to my comfort zone and bring him into this later, making Slytha more of a secondary character.
If nobody minds, I can get things moving.
Syltha was still trying to get over how quiet things were without her husband. For so long, she had wondered why he talked to himself, but she was beginning to miss his constant chatter. Okay, I'll give it a try.. Talking to myself. She gripped her temples, trying to rub away the stress. Sumer's really going to get a laugh outta this if it becomes a habit... She kept her eyes peeled, looking for something, anything that could be out of the ordinary. Well, supposedly, something is changing time... I just have to figure out what it could be. Piece of cake, right? Her tone was sarcastic. He's the one who could "feel it", why doesn't HE come look? She already knew the answer, but asking the question made her feel better. Suddenly, without warning, something very large flew past her missing her head by mere inches. What in the world?? as the strange projectile careened down through the clouds, she could see that it was... A police box???
