NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH!
School's have finally let out for summer, and the weather is showing of what it can do! It's been a hot balmy heat, with the sun bright and long. With students out and about, Destiny city has opened is favorite summer attractions!
Will you beat the heat at the large waterpark, with the newest water slide that reporters claim will thrill you!?
Farmers markets are popping up around the city as well, and every weekened you can buy the freshest local produce! Even little shops with homemade jewelry and clothing can be found!
Don't forget the local nightlife! With sunlight lasting well into the evening, shops and clubs have opened their doors for longer hours! Do you Party hard when it's cooler out?

NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH!Quote: It's been unusually hot this summer and with the temperature and humidity at an all time high it's been storming most evenings lately for about an hour or so before passing on to the next target. The latest of these storms came in with fierce rains that drop visibility to near zero, strong winds, heavy lightning and thunder so loud it feels as if it shakes the world around you. Some portions of the city got hit with quarter sized hail. As the storms roll through, some locations lose power, others flood, and some of the older trees are downed by the wind. The city's open up a hotline to report weather related damages and downed power lines or stopped up storm drains. Were you one of the ones effected by these recent storms? If you lost power it'll be a couple of days before city crews can restore it to everyone, you might be one of the unlucky ones. In response to the long clean up time, some of the local schools that were out for summer and other local places have also opened their doors to those effected so they can come in and get out of the heat. However, there's still other ways to keep cool, how are you beating the heat and cleaning up after the storm?

NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH!Quote: Fall seemed to be the easiest season to forget, between the warm summer weather to chilly winter. It wasn't even Thanksgiving yet and the stores had skipped right over it and started decorating for Christmas. It was easy to forget Fall when the snow came in. It was a cold night in the city and the temperatures were just right for snow to fall. It started small at first, a few flakes. Then a light dusting, then a small blanket of snow. It wasn't enough to last; it would probably be gone by lunchtime. Technically, it wasn't enough for school to be cancelled, but it seemed like everyone wanted to take a break. Some businesses are even closed for the day! Still, there's not a lot of time to make use of the snow--do you intend to play in it before it melts, or are you more interested in staying inside and keeping warm? Today is a great day for Hot Chocolate! Or staying in bed...
