Powers: flight, super-speed, super-strength, highly developed fighting skills, ability to perfectly copy voices, ability to decipher truth, empathy with sister Diana
Bio: She has two variations actually.
1. Diana (Wonder Woman) saved her as an infant from a burning fire. Not able to find her family sh brought the child to Paradise Island. Later given Amaznian powers she adopts the alter ego Donna Troy.
2. Princess Diana was a lonely child so the people careing for her created her a playmate from her own DNA. After Diana leaves becoming Wonder Woman, Donna becomes Wonder Girl and joins the Teen Titans.

((Completely made up storyline.))
Donna's smile faded from her black painted lips. There was no possible way happiness could ever be an emotion shown on her face again. She stood on top of the Titan's Tower over looking the water then the city. Or what was left of it anyhow. The view from there was always gorgeous. But not tonight, not after everything that happened there. The scene displayed before her glassy blue eyes made her stomach cringe in bitter disgust, along with something else she couldn't place... sadness... no, frustration... a little,... but it was bigger than that. Hatred, that's what it was. Hatred towards herself more than anything. She let them down, she hadn't been there for her people, for her team when they needed her most. The city now sat in ruins, distruction in every waking corner. What was once a beautiful site to lay eyes on was now a distraught sore on a distroyed piece of land.
