She is so nice omg ;_;

It was my first time seeing her ever today, and she was so lovely. I told her about my incapacitating cramps, and she asked me if my family had a history of endometriosis which I said no to.

Since I haven't had ultrasounds or a pelvic exam, she sent me for an ultrasound and I have to go back after my ultrasound and get a pelvic exam from her to see if I have endometriosis.

Right now she is just assuming I have it and she put me on Demulen 30 (a BC pill that is better suited for women with endometriosis) and I take it all the time with no breaks for a cycle. No cycle means no periods means no cramps.

I DON'T EVEN CARE IF I HAVE ENDOMETRIOSIS IF MY CRAMPS STOP I AM A HAPPY GIRL.

She said Demulen might make me feel really ill for the first few days because it is a much higher dosage than Seasonale (the BC pill I was on before) was. Omg you guys I am so happy we are finally on the way to finding what is causing me so much pain ;______;

My gyno thought I had endometriosis because my one ovary is bigger than the other and I have horrid cramps as well.

Luckily, everything came back negative.

Hopefully, you don't have endometroisis and they can figure out what's causing the horrible cramps.

I've been told SEVERAL times by friends here in Japan that bad cramps stop happening after you've had a kid. O_o

IDK about that, because my mum has had 2 kids and her cramps are still pretty bad, but not nearly as bad as mine.

But yeah, hopefully we can find out what is going on. I just hope it is something I can manage with BC and a minimal amount of painkillers, since I don't really like taking painkillers ;<

I'm assuming cramps aren't s**t once you've pushed 9 pounds out of a 10 centimeter hole.

Your friends lie. Every woman is different. Every pregnancy is different, and your cycles may very well change after each pregnancy, but that's no guarantee.

It may get worse. It may get better. Uteruses suck that way.

My cycles are insanity since Xander was born. The cramps may not be as debilitating, but the blood loss is. I'm anemic and it takes most of the month to rebuild my blood supplies. I've complained about it before how severe it is, but just restating it to say...nope. Your friends are only speaking for themselves.

Between Gabrielle and Evan the cramps pretty much so went away. After Evan they were horrendous for two days each cycle. Then Xander and well...just said that.

I kinda figured they were each talking from personal experience cause I was all "s**t, I know plenty of women with more than one kid who have horrible cramps. You lie."
